With each job we…

First, exteriors…

We begin the process by helping you decide the color scheme, taking into consideration the colors of the roof, any stonework, permanent fixtures, and the neighboring homes.
Then we pressure wash the exterior to give us a clean slate to work on.
Next, we fill cracks, patch holes, sand peeling paint, prime any raw material, and otherwise prep the surface. Then we mask and cover anything we’re not painting, in order to protect it.
And then the good part- we paint everything you need painted: stucco, siding, fascia, soffit, trim, pop-outs, doors, patio covers, retaining walls, fences, and fixtures.
Lastly, we carefully look over the whole exterior to ensure the perfect paint job, clear away any masking, and voila- a whole new house!

Next, interiors…

Firstly we help you decide on the best colors for your dream interior, taking into consideration both your personal tastes and current design trends (which are very helpful for resale value).
Then we prep the surfaces by patching and filling any holes.
Next, we mask and or drop off everything we’re not painting to keep things clean.
Then we paint whatever needs painting: ceilings, crown molding, walls, doors, door casings, handrails, and baseboards.
We closely inspect our work to ensure all is covered, crisp, and clean.
And lastly we remove any masking to uncover the fresh new interior, ready to be decorated!

Last but not least, cabinets…

First, we help you choose a color for your cabinets. Most people choose an off-white, as is the current trend. However a few clients have gone a more adventurous route with great results. Beyond white, we’ve painted various shades of browns and blues to match the backsplash or to offset a largely white kitchen or bathroom. (See below).
You choose the color, and we’ll make it shine!
To keep things clean, we mask off the countertops, floors, and appliances. And in the cases of kitchens, we also booth it off from the surrounding area to ensure no dust gets out.
Next, we remove the doors, along with their hinges and handles.
Based on the homeowner’s preference, we either take the doors offsite or into their own garage, to work on them (Rest assured, we carefully mask and booth off the garage to keep it free of dust and paint.)
Then we begin the process! We sand the cabinet casings and the doors, dust them, prime if needed, sand again, dust again, and then paint.
We repeat this process- sand, dust, paint- many times until we achieve the perfect smooth finish. This technique, along with the specific high quality primer and paint used, ensures long lasting and durable coverage, perfect for high traffic areas such as kitchens and bathrooms.
We then put the doors back on, take away all masking and booths, and reveal a perfectly sleek set of cabinets! It’s like getting a whole new kitchen!
